This session encourages leaders to move beyond surface-level fixes for overwhelm and explore the root causes within themselves and their leadership that contribute to a frenetic feeling at work.  In this workshop, you will learn ways to flip your dynamic by exploring frameworks to walk away with a new pattern.

• Understand the dynamics under the surface of overwhelm.  Identify the underlying factors that contribute to feelings of overwhelm and explore how our personal beliefs, team expectations, and societal pressures intersect to create an untenable expectation for leadership.
• Explore ways of seeing and testing the assumptions that drive your dynamic.  Identify methods of uncovering hidden assumptions and limiting beliefs that keep you moving in the hamster wheel of the workplace.
• Build your path to a doable new way of operating.  Identify practical steps to begin shifting your overwhelm dynamic and create the space necessary to sustainably support a new approach.
